Intellectual Property shall mean all inventions, whether or not patented or patentable (e.g., inventions), all commercial and technical information, whether or not constituting trade secrets, and all copyrightable works (e.g., literary works, artistic works, and images), industrial designs, integrated circuit topographies, trademarks (e.g., designs, symbols, names) and distinguishing marks or guises, whether or not registered or registrable.
